We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for print quality issues of our postcard collection and or fine art and artwork prints. We may request to have the print / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label.
We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged or lost in shipping. The products that are eligible for this are our postcard collection, Tear collection kit and its fine art and artwork prints. For a refund or replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We will not provide a refund for Tear Collection kits that are being processed or already delivered. Since all our artworks are custom made from your tears and we spend hours on processing your tear we can’t provide a refund based on customer preference.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel and refund your Postcard collection within 14 days. The Tear collection kit can only be canceled when it’s not open and used within 14 days. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days to return your order
