Shipping time
After ordering your Tear Collection Kit, we will prepare your kit and notify you when it has been send out. Depending on the country you are in, the mail service provider that is handeling the Tear Collection Kit and customs, you will receive your tear within 2 weeks.
Returning time
When you send back your tear we are depended on the mail service provider that is handeling the Tear Collection Kit. The faster we receive your Tear Collection Kit the earlier we can start processing your tear.
Tear processing time
Turning tears into art is a labour intensive task, on average it will take up to 3 hours to turn your tear into a unique work of art. Depending on the amount of Tear Collection Kits that are received, there will be a natural backlog, since we can only process that many at once. For now we can safely say that your tear will be turned into a unique work of art within 2 weeks after receiving the Tear Collection Kit.
Artwork delivery time
After your tear has been turned into a unique work of art (usually within 2 weeks), we will send you a email. In this email you will receive a image (for more specs about this file click here) link towards your unique work of art.
If you ordered the Printed Version or the Artwork Version of the Tear Collection Kit we will send in your image to our local photo lab, this lab wil take car of the high quality photo print.
Orders will be done every 2 weeks, after receiving the images we will distribute the artworks regarding. Depending on the mail service providers handeling time and your country, you will receive your unique work of art.
Tear Collection Kit Versions
Imaginarium of Tears gives you the option to choose between three Tear Collection Kits. Each kit will give you the unique chance to turn your tear into a work of art. The only difference with every kit is the way you receive your artwork. Below you can see the three options we currently have available.
Digital Version
This kit can be ordered here.
With the digital version you will receive your unique tear as an:
Digital file with the following specs; .JPG, 300DPI, 2000×2000 pixels.
With this file you are able to make a print yourself or at your local print store up to 20×20 centimeters.
Printed Version
With the Printed version you will receive your unique tear as an:
Digital file with the following specs; .JPG, 300DPI, 2000×2000 pixels.
High quality photo print of 40×40 centimeters.
Art Work Version
With the Art Work version you will receive your unique tear as an:
Digital file with the following specs; .JPG, 300DPI, 2000×2000 pixels.
High quality fine art print of 40×40 centimeters, on 3mm Dibond, with a matte coating and a support system for easy hanging.
Tear Collection Kit Information
I lost my kit or parts of the kit.
When you lost your Tear Collection Kit, or parts of the kit it is hard to collect tears. Therefore we have made a option for you to get a new Tear Collection Kit with a discount. To order your new Tear Collection Kit, please email us with the following.
Original purchasing information, or personal information regarding the purchase.
Once we can verify you previously ordered a Tear Collection Kit that is not yet processed we will generate a discount Code so you can order your new Tear Collection Kit.
The price of resending this Tear Collection Kit will be 25 euro’s per kit excluding the additional shipping cost.
This new kit will then replace your old kit version, with the same version as you have ordered before.
Can I upgrade my Tear Collection Kit to another version?
It is not posable to upgrade your Tear Collection Kit after purchasing. But it’s always posable to order your or other tears from the webshop, as a high quality photo print or as a Artwork.
Returning your Tear Collection Kit
When all steps are followed of the Tear Collection Kit Form / Manual, we suggest you to return it with a premium (track and trace) service to send back to us. This to make sure it will not only be fast and traceable but also there will be less chance for it to get lost.
You are responsible for the returning of the Tear Collection Kit so please take proper care and handeling. We of Imaginarium of Tears are not responsible for any losses during the returning proces. Once we receive your tear we will notify you, and from there we will take proper care of your tears.
If you ar shipping it internationally (outside The Netherlands or EU) Please also attach the local customs form and submit it regarding the local rules.
